CNC cabinet software

Know what reaches the machine.

Kabinetz keeps cabinet parts connected to nesting, tooling, toolpaths, DXF, and configurable controller-ready output.

Start with verified parts

Reliable machine output begins before toolpaths. Cabinet dimensions, material thickness, part identity, machining operations, and edge requirements need to be correct before the nest is calculated.

Nest with shop constraints

Sheet yield matters, but a usable nest also needs spacing, grain rules, tool clearance, and a practical plan for remnants. Kabinetz keeps the nest connected to the parts that created it.

  • Sheet and material selection
  • Grain-aware placement
  • Part spacing and boundaries
  • Reusable offcut tracking

Inspect tooling and toolpaths

Kabinetz provides tooling and path controls such as machining order, lead-ins, tabs, and depth settings. The operator remains responsible for simulation, machine limits, workholding, and safe operation.

Output for the controller you own

DXF can serve workflows that finish CAM elsewhere. Configurable post-processors can prepare controller-ready G-code where the machine, tooling, and shop process have been properly validated.

Common questions

Cabinet shop FAQ

Does Kabinetz create G-code?

Kabinetz can prepare configurable controller-ready output through post-processors. Output must be reviewed, simulated, and air-cut before production use.

Can I export DXF instead?

Yes. DXF export supports shops that prefer to complete CAM in another application.

Does Kabinetz support sheet nesting?

Yes. The beta includes sheet nesting with spacing, grain, and remnant considerations.

Which CNC controllers are supported?

Controller compatibility depends on the selected and validated post-processor. Confirm output against your controller, machine configuration, and tooling before use.
